If the wizard button fails try this:
Make sure your Internet Options are properly set. Do the following:
- Open Microsoft Internet Explorer
- Click on Tools
- Click on Internet Options... (you will get a window similar to the one shown below)
- Click on Advanced
- Make sure the check boxes in your options match the ones shown here.
